Abstract

Urban graphics are expressions produced to convey messages. Among them, there are graffiti, which are ways of demarcating urban landscapes through manuscripts. They stand out in the main centralities. The objective is to present, understand and analyze the patterns and densities of Urban Graphics found in the Esperança neighborhood, in Ribeirão das Neves - MG. The methodology followed bases previously adopted in Belo Horizonte with routes; photographic records, geographical coordinates and forms; database; Statistics; and choropletic maps.

Author Biography

Erick Vinicius Pereira Lopes, PUC Minas

Graduating in Geography - Degree and Baccalaureate from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), Heart Eucharistic University Center - Belo Horizonte, MG. He is currently a Voluntary Researcher of the Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program (PROBIC) of the Minas Gerais State Research Foundation (FAPEMIG), Researcher of the Institutional Program of Scientific Initiation Scholarships (PIBIC) of the National Development Council. Scientific and Technological (CNPq) and Voluntary Monitor of the Cartography Laboratory of the Department of Geography of PUC Minas. Has been working in the areas of education and research, mainly in the following subjects: Urban Geography, Cultural Geography and Geoprocessing.
