Abstract

We reflect on lightweight prefabricated systems and manufactured processes, possibilities of technical assistance and associative community experiences, as feasible examples, in the sense of reversing situations of socio-spatial fragility. Technical training and qualification of spaces are sought, based on the mode of production, income generation and popular autonomy, through the investigation of theoretical references and of exemplars like the Usina-CTAH collective, the architect João Filgueiras Lima and certain technical constructive solutions by the author.
