Abstract

This article, based on an inductive-deductive method, seeks to articulate the category of Judicial Activism with the dialogues between judges and Courts studied in doctrines such as Transconstitutionalism and Transjudicialism, gathered under the broader formula of Transjudicial Dialogues. The objective is to contribute to the construction of some parameters that reconcile the articulated elements, aiming that the transjudicial interactions have scientificity and harmonize with the democratic legitimacy. As a result, the research allowed the creation of certain parameters subject to continuous development.
