The present research intends to investigate the evaluation system used by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in order to adequately evaluate the national Judiciary Policy for the adequate treatment of conflicts. Therefore, the main objective to be achieved is to analyze the real impacts of the data obtained by the current system of evaluations used to evaluate the mechanisms that make up Resolution nº 125/2010 of the CNJ. In this regard, the problem that will be faced during the development of the text originates in the fact that, despite the existence of a set of actions that aim to evaluate the entire framework of actions that are part of the public service in question, it is not seen that the results presented generate some type of alteration that aims to improve the circumstances observed. To examine the proposal, it was decided to use the bibliographic research method. In the end, it was concluded that the lack of an evaluation through which it is possible to produce changes that take into account the non-achievement of goals/objectives hinders the development of new plans that could, through a more accurate reading of the actions that give results, and especially those that do not work, to design new directions capable of generating the intended effects.
