IDENTIDAD EN LA POSMODERNIDAD
DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DEL PSICOANÁLISIS, HALL Y BAUMANN

La identidad es un concepto que ha transitado por la historia en constante cambio y que, en las últimas décadas, ha sido discutido en diferentes áreas del conocimiento. En la posmodernidad, ya hay autores que se cuestionan si este concepto sigue siendo necesario. Sin embargo, existe una clara tendencia a deconstruir la idea de una identidad única, integral y original. En este ensayo se analiza brevemente la concepción actual del concepto de identidad a través de diferentes ópticas. La primera es la del psicoanálisis con sus puntos de vista contrastados, de Freud a Butler, pasando por la comprensión rizomática de la diferencia y la repetición de Deleuze y Guattari; la segunda lente es la del sociólogo cultural Stuart Hall, que desarrolló el concepto de los cinco grandes desplazamientos de la historia moderna y consideró el concepto de identidad como un término descentrado; la tercera lente es la del filósofo Zigmunt Bauman, quien, hablando de tiempos líquidos, se ha dedicado a menudo a explicar su comprensión de la fluidez de la identidad actual y su construcción como un rompecabezas.
