Gender and Migration Policy in the United States:
Approaches And Political Parties Consensus

The goal of this paper is to analyze the migration policies for women in the United States between 2009 and 2022. By surveying in primary and secondary documents, we argue that the treatment for this agenda reveals a political parties consensus between democrats and republicans.
