Entre o pan-africanismo e o African Renaissance: A busca pelo desenvolvimento em um mundo em transformação

O artigo em referência objetiva analisar os dois principais programas voltados ao desenvolvimento surgidos no continente africano, no caso, o Lagos Plan Action, e a New Partnership for Africa’s Development. Feito isso, buscaremos concluir que as divergências existentes nestas iniciativas simbolizam a passagem do pan-africanismo para o African Renaissance.
