CONTRIBUTIONS FROM WORK PSYCHODYNAMICS AND CLINIC OF ACTIVITY TO THE SOCIO-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT CENTER IN A PUBLIC HEALTH ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Several approaches have proposed to understand the working world in interface with Psychology, from different interests and from different objects of investigation. It is noticed the constant search by organizations for practical alternatives that can be implemented and that positively balance the pillars of productivity, occupational health and safety and development of innovation. Fundação Ezequiel Dias, an institution belonging to the public health network of the State of Minas Gerais, has an experience focused on work psychology, developing a project called NASF - Núcleo de Apoio Sociofuncional. This article aims to present and discuss the work of the NASF, based on the contributions of the psychodynamics of work and the clinic of activity. In addition, it is intended to encourage debate about training in psychology. The experience of being part of a team with the proposal like that of the NASF, for all the professionals inserted in it, proves to be a unique opportunity to live within the scope of Organizational and Work Psychology. It was possible to recognize movements already consolidated by the NASF team and in line with the theories addressed, such as qualified listening and the recovery of meanings at work. Theoretical and technical contributions revealed the potential for developing NASF performance, towards a clinic that fosters work groups, practices that are more engaged in face of the realities of the activity and capable of qualifying experiences in psychology training and decision-making in an organization public health.
