Abstract

Clinics of Work approaches are interested in the processes of subjectivation in their relations with work. However, if work is a common denominator in Brazilian research inspired by these approaches, the same cannot be said about relations of class, gender and "race". Based on literature research and in dialogue with a research on intersectional violence related to work, we analyze the contributions of decolonial thinking to Clinics of Work. We emphasize the need to develop these approaches by reflecting upon the coloniality of power and on the mentioned transversal social relations, making it possible to broaden the horizons of our praxis. Without decolonial positioning, our interventions risk sterilizing their potential to transform the relations of domination rooted in a colonial power matrix.
