Abstract

Trough the 20th century, Procedural Law and Constitutional Law were closing in during the search for rationalization of the exercise of power and control of State functions. In this approach, the contributions of the works of Couture, Fix-Zamudio, Baracho, Andolina and Vignera were fundamental. In the present article, the propositions of these authors will be researched through bibliographic review, which will demystify conceptual confusions that legal literature made about the consonances and dissonances of their proposals related to the Constitutional Process.
