About the Journal

PRESENTATION

The Electronic Journal of the Law Course – PUC Minas Serro, Brazil, with continuous flow since 2010 and biannual publication, classified as C in QUALIS (Sucupira/CAPES Platform - Brazil), seeks to promote legal scientific work and related areas, in an interdisciplinary manner, with the aim of contributing to scientific products that present a critical reflection of the world using the tools of science.

In 2024, after a hiatus, the Magazine resumed the flow of its publications, suspended since 2020. In this sense, considering that this resumption will continue the volumes already published, the editions will be identified by volume and number. The volume of each edition corresponds to the sequential number of the calendar year, counting from the year the magazine was founded. The edition number refers to the sequential number of the edition in each volume. Thus, we will have volume 11, n. 1 (2021), and those that follow.

MISSION

The Electronic Journal of the Law Course – PUC Minas Serro, aims to hold discussions and build knowledge under various aspects that permeate legal reflections, in a dialogical movement with cross-cutting themes that mainly permeate Law. Through the dissemination of unpublished national and international scientific works carried out by student and teaching researchers, the aim is to build an interdisciplinary dialogue that presents new ways of thinking about the Brazilian legal system.
