Sovereignty and Cyberspace: a critical analysis of the concept of Sovereignty and globalization

Abstract

Using concepts and essential elements of the Modern State this article brings
an analysis on how the cyberspace changed the foundations of the State, reformulating
definitions such as soverignty and territory, as well as an analysis of the network
society, the society of information.
