SICRED AND THE PROGRAM THE UNION MAKES LIFE: THE INFLUENCE OF THE MERCANTILE LOGIC ON THE EDUCATION OF TEACHERS

This article aims at analysing the pedagogical discourse, specifically related to teacher education, which is used on the primer Training Educators (Formando Educadores) that is part of the Program The Union Makes Life (A União faz a Vida), by SICRED and is developed though a Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) of this organization with scholastic networks in the state of Rio Grande do Sul (RS). First, it is contextualized the concepts of the Third Way, Governance and New Public Managment which support the PPPs and are expressed as contemporary strategies adopted by the capitalist project. After, it is analysed the role of the World Bank on the dissemination of these ideias on education. Then, in the sequence, it is presented an analysis of the prime Training Educators (Formando Educadores) of the Program The Union Makes Life by SICRED in the perspective of expressing senses and meanings from the mentioned material. In this sense, it was possible to identify the contributes of terms such as cooperativism and permanent learning, which represent key elements on the current capitalist project.
