This paper discusses the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on public basic education schools by applying the psychopedagogical approach to socio-emotional skills. The Base Nacional Comum Curricular - BNCC (2017) provides for work with socio-emotional skills so that students develop skills. From the general competences, those of groups 8, 9 and 10 are worked on. As a method, a qualitative ethnographic approach of participant research was used. Additionally, semi-structured interview scripts were used for managers and teachers. The findings of the interviews and the field diary were analyzed using Content Analysis. The results suggested the need for activities that promoted the (re)socialization of students by discussing emerging post-pandemic themes. Effectively, the results triggered the creation of a technical-technological product in the form of a dynamic and interactive mural as a resource for approaching socio-emotional skills. Thus, the psychopedagogical workshop was developed through an interdisciplinary practical activity in the school environment, contributing to overcoming individual and collective difficulties in social life. Therefore, when elaborating a Technical-Technological Product according to the dynamics of the professional master's degree, the possibility of using an instrument available in public schools for application in activities aligned with the BNCC was rescued, exemplifying a practical approach to educational problems.
