Resumo

A Inteligência Artificial (IA) tem se tornado uma área estratégica para Estados, organizações internacionais e atores não estatais, impulsionando a formulação de regulamentações que conciliem inovação, ética e transparência. No entanto, a governança global da IA ainda carece de um arcabouço regulatório consolidado, enquanto países tecnologicamente avançados moldam normas e mercados, aprofundando desigualdades. Diante desse cenário, este estudo busca responder à seguinte questão: quais são os acordos e agências responsáveis pela regulamentação global da IA? Para isso, adota-se uma abordagem empírica voltada ao mapeamento dos mecanismos e processos que estruturam a governança da IA. O artigo contribui para a literatura existente ao oferecer uma visão abrangente do estado atual da governança global da IA, destacando os principais atores envolvidos na construção desse regime.
