Abstract
A presente pesquisa pretende apresentar, analisar e questionar a prática jurídica dos núcleos de prática jurídica da PUC Minas, tendo presente as normas emanadas do Ministério da Educação e a Missão da PUC Minas, conforme o ensino da Igreja no que concerne às universidades católicas.

ABSTRACT
This research aims at presenting, analysing and questioning juridical practice in the nuclei of juridical practice of PUC Minas, considering the norms issued by the Ministry of Education as well as the mission of PUC Minas, according to the teaching of the church in what concerns Catholic institutions of higher education.
