Abstract
Nosso objetivo principal se detém em apresentar uma obra que nos causa impacto e nos provoca: Formação de professores e religiões de matrizes africanas: um diálogo necessário. Trataremos dessa obra, tão profunda e rica, que extrapola as paredes da academia e nos leva a reconhecer a ancestralidade negra que há em nós. Sua audácia e coragem são notórias, na medida em que coloca em evidência a importância do resgate, ensino e valorização da cultura negra como parte ativa e efetiva da construção de um ensino democrático e plural.
