Abstract

The present paper analyses how the concept of reparation has been revised and, therefore, how the Amnesty Commission has been the target in recent years of different actions that serve to mischaracterize its function within the Brazilian Democratic State of Law. This process can be understood as a form of Reverse Transitional Justice.
