HOSPITALIDAD Y ANÁLISIS DE SENTIMIENTO EN EVENTOS HÍBRIDOS Y EN PLATAFORMAS DIGITALES DURANTE LA PANDEMIA COVID-19

Resumen

Este artículo presenta un análisis de los sentimientos de las personas durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Para ello se seleccionó el período comprendido entre el 11 de marzo de 2020 y el 11 de marzo de 2021, en el que solo se consideraron aspectos relacionados con eventos híbridos y eventos ocurridos en plataformas digitales. Por ello, en una primera fase se realizó una investigación bibliográfica, de la cual se recogieron las palabras clave de este estudio. En la segunda fase se continuó con la investigación documental en dos vehículos de comunicación distintos, considerando aspectos relevantes en cada actividad. La pregunta aquí es ¿cuáles son los sentimientos identificados durante la pandemia de COVID-19 cuando consideramos las noticias asociadas a eventos híbridos y los que ocurren en plataformas digitales? El objetivo es verificar los sentimientos de las personas expresados a través de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación - TIC en eventos desarrollados de forma híbrida y en plataformas digitales durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Ante estas consideraciones, se enriquece el debate sobre el análisis de los sentimientos de las personas en tiempos adversos, como el período de la pandemia de COVID-19, y también en entornos a veces estereotipados o no imaginados, como el metaverso. O incluso actividades que aumentan y se destacan debido al auge de los recursos tecnológicos. En consecuencia, el análisis de los datos obtenidos indica posibilidades de actuación y para el sector.
