Abstract

O objetivo do texto é resgatar os olhares múltiplos que o termo dispositivo recebeu nos últimos anos nos diversos campos de conhecimento com ênfase no da Ciência da Comunicação. O autor trata de pesquisadores como Klein, que destaca os estudos de Foucault e Deleuze, e as leituras por vários autores como Chareaudeau, para quem dispositivo é a tecnologia enquanto mediação; analisa Agamben e Deleuze que tentaram explicar a que Focault se referiu quando tratou de uma filosofia do dispositivo e, por fim, menciona os estudos de Braga como um dos empreendimentos epistemológicos mais recentes e aprofundados no Brasil acerca dos dispositivos no campo da Comunicação.
