REPUTAÇÃO: a âncora das organizações em tempos de redes sociais

O artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre as relações que se dão no contexto organizacional, a partir da utilização das redes sociais na internet. O ruído, interpretado como inerente ao processo comunicativo, encontra na polifonia dessas redes sociais o espaço fértil para ser potencializado. Com o olhar nas perspectivas que se apresentam nesse cenário, este estudo busca contribuir para se pensar as práticas comunicativas das organizações, bem como a importância da reputação organizacional.
