Abstract

O incêndio na boate Kiss, em Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, foi uma das maiores tragédias do Brasil, ganhando destaque na mídia nacional e internacional. Nas redes sociais, o perfil no Facebook do delegado regional de Polícia Civil, Marcelo Mendes Arigony, que investigou a tragédia, foi um dispositivo interacional de “contato” entre o público e um ator social responsável pela investigação. Nesse sentido, analisamos as postagens no referido perfil ao longo de seis meses, a partir da data que ocorreu o acontecimento, identificando quatro pré-categorias de análise e distintos sentidos em circulação referentes à tragédia.
