In this text, which is a bibliographical review, we carry out theoretical articulations, which do not propose conclusive, to discuss the constitution of media processes through the relationships and crossings between communication, technique and mediations. The first point is intended for introductory reflections on media processes and interpenetrations between technique, culture and social. The second point discusses relations between communication and technique triggering effects of mediations and the reconfiguration of narratives and processes by social actors. The third point, to problematize how the processes of reading, interpretation and diverse and differentiated appropriations that social actors make of the media mechanisms, can enable technical resignifications.
