A Glocalização e o Espírito da Graça: informalidade e Shalom além da economia política de intercâmbio

Résumé
Este artigo explora a relação entre religião, globalização e economia, concentrando-se na economia informal e recorrendo ao pentecostalismo mundial como um estudo de caso mais ou menos concreto. Uma vez definida a economia informal, o artigo examina os paralelos e interseções entre a igreja e a informalidade, identificando os desafios e oportunidades que existem para a igreja que se encontra na esfera informal, mas não limitada por ela, e esboça uma teologia pentecostal da economia informal à luz das primeiras práticas econômicas cristãs. O peso do documento é duplo: pensar em uma teologia cristã da economia no contexto da pobreza e dos processos de globalização, e considerar como a economia política cristã primitiva no livro de Atos pode informar tal reflexão teológica. Nesta perspectiva, o pentecostalismo contemporâneo fornece um trampolim para examinar questões econômicas locais e globais à luz das preocupações bíblicas e teológicas e vice-versa. O desafio será discernir como e até que ponto as primeiras práticas econômicas cristãs podem ser consideradas para informar a economia política pentecostal contemporânea, por um lado, e como esta interface entre a prática bíblica e contemporânea fundamenta a reflexão sobre uma teologia cristã da economia no mundo capitalista moderno tardio do início do século XXI.
