Abstract

O soneto “A Tigre Negra” e a “iluminogravura” que o integra fazem parte do álbum Sonetos de Albano Cervonegro, de Ariano Suassuna (1985). Partindo de uma análise lingüística e literária do soneto, pretende-se chegar a uma leitura intersemiótica do conjunto texto/gravura, em busca do seu significado profundo, com base no cruzamento de três temas da literatura universal: Amor, Tempo e Morte.
