Academic Directories or Academic Centers are entities that act as organizations and are managed by the students of a given course. Usually, they do not use processes and technologies that could help the development of their work. Several factors influence this situation, such as lack of management experience, lack of support from students and the institution, or lack of interest and knowledge of the managers. In this work, we created a system to implement a more efficient management of academic entities, emphasizing the transparency of the organization and the effectiveness of digital transformation. The main processes of the Academic Directory of the Information Systems course of the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, São Gabriel unit, were listed and, finally, the process of data and information transparency was selected, which in its development was also extended to Student Movements. With the process modeling, we developed a software, using a PHP framework and MVC and ORM architecture. Afterward, the system was evaluated by students and members of the management through a survey, which found that the use of the system could be decisive for more transparent management and increase the credibility of the processes.
