Abstract

This text investigates the construction of the authorship’s mark of Gloria Perez in the creation of yours female main characters in brazilian soap operas. The investigation was made about the soap opera A Força do Querer (2017) and has focused on the character Ritinha, one of the main characters of the narrative. The analisys is consisted in a problematization of the attributes found in the character studied that integrates the construction of the main characters of previous works of the author. The results indicates the construction of a unusual character in soap operas and the atualization of the authorship’s mark of Gloria Perez.

Doutor em Ciências da Comunicação (Unisinos), docente e pesquisador da Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (UFOP, Brasil), onde atua no curso de Graduação em Jornalismo e no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Comunicação (PPGCOM). É um dos líderes do GIRO – Grupo de Pesquisa em Mídia e Interações Sociais (UFOP/CNPq, Brasil). Realizou o Pós-doutorado junto à Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP, Argentina).
