Reflections on the study of women’s football in Brazil

In an interview with Dispositiva, professor Silvana Goellner discusses the main advances and setbacks in women's football in recent years and defends the importance of interdisciplinarity and an intersectional perspective as keys to advancing research in the field. Furthermore, the researcher highlights the theoretical-methodological perspective of oral history used in research on women's football and reflects on the gender representations and expectations that permeate the sport, analyzing how Sports Media fits into this context.
