This article discusses the creation of an imaginary anchored in a set of social practices, especially the appropriation of the media. More specifically, the paper aims to reflect on a set of uses, appropriations and codes found in the field of observation, given that the empirical object is a Facebook group, the LDRV. As a theoretical support we activate authors who discuss issues of mediatization and, through the analysis, it is noticed that the modes of meaning and triggering elements of the imaginary of the group in question are intrinsically linked to the logic of mediatization.
