The Esporte Clube Bahia has stood out in Brazilian football for the campaigns promoted by its Affirmative Action Center. However, the club came to this after going through a judicial intervention in 2013, which was followed by a democratization process that generated greater participation of the fans in its deliberative instances, as well as the implementation of more transparency. In a moment of fragility of democratic ideals in Brazil, the aim of the article is to analyze the campaign #BahiaClubedoPovo, with shirts and advertisements about respect for the plurality present in the crowd. For this, we investigate the elements that make up the campaign from the use of Social Network Analysis and Content Analysis.
