representations of the “being one’s own entrepreneur” on the Love Mondays blog

Considering the recent transformations in the world of work, which led workers to invest in human capital to maintain their employability, assuming responsibility for their careers, this article proposes to understand the representations of the figure of “being one’s own entrepreneur” in the blog Love Mondays. Methodologically, representational practices will be analyzed in five publications, identified in the “Gerencie sua carreira” section, and in reader comments generated from them. Note that the blog represents the career manager as an individualistic figure, solely responsible for its success and in constant investment in itself for reasons that never consolidate.
