The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) is one of the most recent and important mega free trade agreements for goods and services, encompassing significant parts of world trade, carried out on provisions and measures capable of modifying the world structure of international trade. Thus, this study aimed to carry out a spatial characterization of trade flows between Brazilian macro-regions and the CPTPP signatory countries. Methodologically this study is of a qualitative character, with analytical-descriptive purpose with data from the MDIC. The results reveal that the formation of the CPTPP will directly and indirectly impact Brazil, since each Brazilian macro-region acts differently in the dynamics of international trade, exporting and importing different goods and services products to the signatory countries, which represent important trading partners and influence the growth of their economies. Therefore, considering that Brazil is a country with an expressive potential for growth and economic development in international trade, it is understood that only maintaining a commercial link with the CPTPP countries, Brazil may be vulnerable to the dynamics of international trade, taking risks of easy replacement by a competing country.
