We present an experience report of the online education of the discipline of Social Sciences in Public Health, in the Professional Master in Public Health, in times of pandemic. We share everything from planning to the final evaluation of the discipline made by the students, pointing out the limitations and benefits that we experience in the use of this type of learning. We emphasize a singular characteristic of the group, which was formed, in its majority, by health workers, many of them at the forefront of COVID-19 combat. Therefore, in addition to the methodological concerns, we considered, throughout the process, the subjectivities involved in the relationship of knowledge construction.
